At times, things might seem overwhelming and you might feel as though you stand at the foot of a mountain and while you can see the summit, your ultimate goal, you have no idea how to reach it. Through coaching or therapy I can help you to navigate the terrain, find your own path, and encourage you to make your way towards that goal. Along the way you may find that you have to go down a bit before you can continue to climb. It takes effort and a willingness to persevere when things feel difficult or you’re venturing into unknown territory. But once you have made it to the summit, the view from up there will make it all worth it!

I am a coach and a Chartered Psychologist and I help professionals who struggle with stress, work-life balance, mental wellbeing or who want to improve their leadership and management skills.

My qualifications include a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Counselling Psychology and a PgDip in The Practice of Counselling Psychology. I am an experienced manager and team leader and bring this hands-on expertise to my work with my clients.
